Tailstock provides support from the other end of the spindle and is used for the cores/coils/bobbins which don’t have holes in the center or difficult to hold the cores/coils on the spindle using simple tools. Also tailstock are used for flexible cores or formers on which winding is to be done.
The primary function of these wire guider are to ensure precise wire guidance and wide range of guider are available depending on wire size, strip size and quantity of wires.
Ceramic roller rings, crafted from fine ceramic (Alumina A/203) boasting a hardness of HRA88, density of 3.85, and an ultra-fine Ra0.2 surface finish. These roller rings incorporate high-speed precision bearings. The ceramic rollers are securely held within a plastic ring to prevent wire from dislodging. The preferred pulley diameters are commonly 15mm and 22mm.
