Pin inserting machines suitable for inserting pins in moulded bobbins.
Two distinct machines with different process are offered.
Model AIP-02 will process the pins end like chamfering prior to insertion operation. This model is suitable for straight and L pin. Options include Bowl feeder and safety cover. Pin diameter from 0.4 to 0.5mm. with max. pin length upto 30mm with sqare pin profile.
Model: IP-08 is suitable for round, square and flat pin with straight and L pin type. Pin diameter from 0.3 to 1.2mm having maximum pin length upto 35mm. Machine can have options upto 10 nos. of pin.
Model AIP-01 is suitable for IDC pins which are with special profile.
Taping Machines suitable to apply automatic tape on wound coils.
Various automatic and semi automatic taping machines are offered to apply insulation tape on the wound coils post winding process. These machines can be either intergated with multi spindle winding machine or can be supplied as a stand alone machine for only tapping application.
Automatic Tapping Machines comes in multiple spindle from 6 to 12 spindles with options of auto loading and unloading of bobbins after winding cycle.
Semi Automatic Tapping Machine comes in 2 and 4 spindle with manual loading of option.
Soldering Machine suitable for wound coils
These machine are suitable post winding coils and bobbin having lugs or pins. Wide range of soldering machines with semi automatic and automatic options are available.
4 station soldering machine EDT-4 comes with load-flux-solder-unload cycle.
6 staton soldering machine EDT-6 comes with load-flux-solder-bend pin-test-unload cycle.
